Guarantee:

If you are unhappy with your purchase in any way whatsoever, please do not hesitate to return it (in good condition, within 30 days) for a full refund.

Refund Policy & Returns:

With online orders, you have the right to cancel your order within seven days of your agreement with Help-For or within seven days of receipt of goods (whichever is the longer).

To obtain a refund under this condition or under guarantee, please return the book to:

Help-For, PO Box 106, Newton Aycliffe, DL5 4FB, United Kingdom.

Include some identifying details (invoice/confirmation email/name and address etc.) to ensure the correct refund can be made.

Refunds will be issued as soon as the returned goods are received back at Help-For.

Please note:
Full refund includes the purchase cost plus delivery. The customer bears the postage costs to return goods under guarantee or for cancellations.

Replacement/refunds for damaged or faulty goods:
Any items received by the customer that are damaged or in a condition other than new or described will be replaced/refunded at no extra cost to the customer. Such items may need to be returned to Help-For at the company's discretion. In such cases the customer will be reimbursed the full return postage costs.

Help-For use RomanCart to process orders and WorldPay / PayPal for processing payments.

All online ordering and payment takes place on secure web pages which use 128-bit encryption. This is the most secure method available.

Help-For has also been checked by PayPal and have a 'verified' status with them. Whichever way you choose to order the book (credit card / PayPal / mail order) you can be safe in the knowledge that Help-For have been verified.

Personal details are required to ensure correct delivery and for transaction records only. These are treated as strictly PRIVATE AND CONFIDENTIAL, and will not be disclosed to anyone for any other reason whatsoever unless legally obliged to do so.

No reference is made to anxiety-related problems on the package.

Deliveries:

Printed Books:

Except due to unforeseen circumstances, all printed books (physical books) are despatched within 1 working day of ordering. They are normally received in:-

•   UK: 2 - 3 working days
•   Europe: 3 - 5 working days
•   USA and Canada: 4 - 6 working days
•   Rest of world: 5 - 7 working days


Digital Books (eBooks):

eBooks are made available to download immediately after the order process is completed.
