Curing
Anxiety Problems - A New Answer
We can spend years fighting anxiety and the problems that it brings. Extreme nervousness and chronic worrying; anxiety and panic attacks; Obsessive thoughts
and compulsive behaviours; fears, phobias and depression - locked in a constant battle with them all.
Unfortunately, all this does is strengthen these problems - it fuels how they work. The struggle and how it affects us actually makes the underlying cause of
anxiety problems worse.
One of the keys to ending these problems is acceptance ... to let go.
But without insight there can be no acceptance. We cannot just accept the unknown, something that has such great power over us.
We need to know it to be able to control it.
We may try, often for years ... medications and therapies promising that we don't need to know the reason, that they will cure us - but they never do.
Before we can truly cure these problems, before we can say goodbye to them forever ... we need to know what happened to us and why.
We NEED to know it, it is a basic human drive (to find the reason) and we'll search forever for the answer.
WE ALSO NEED TO KNOW WHY THE CURE WORKS FOR IT TO WORK.
There are some very good books available, books that can ease some of the pain, but none of them, not one,
gives us the real answer ... until now.
No other book available offers the insight you'll find in Evolving Self Confidence.
No other book explains the cause and cure quite like it.
Let's take a look at two extremely important elements of anxiety, where you'll discover answers that most experts don't even know:-
• Obsessive thinking and worrying:
No one has really been able to explain why we start 'thinking too much', why the thoughts are so strong and horrible, and why we cannot simply stop
thinking them.
However, there is one experiment involving sleep problems, carried out in the 1970's, that provides the answer:-
In this experiment, a group of insomniacs were given a placebo (harmless pill with no effect); some were told that the pill would help them to relax, others
were told that the pill would make them more alert.
Surprisingly, the ones who were told that the pill would make them more alert went to sleep faster ...
Actually, this result is not surprising: when we look at the finding in the right way, it shows us exactly what drives uncontrollable thoughts.
And it's the same whether it's the thoughts causing insomnia, those in anxiousness and worrying, the obsessions in OCD or the self-defeating thinking
in severe depression - ONE thing makes these thoughts uncontrollable.

About Evolving Self Confidence...
"This book is utterly brilliant. For a start, it begins by explaining WHY anxiety disorders, OCD, agoraphobia and depression happen - and it makes
such complete sense. Instead of feeling confused and hopeless about such a frightening condition,
I began to realise that under the circumstances..." Julia, UK.

• Compulsive behaviours:
Until recently, nothing had really answered what is happening when we have to perform checking / cleaning / ordering / collecting rituals again and again
and again. Ideas focused on it being caused by something the person thought or believed.
Then, in the excellent book on OCD: Brain Lock by Jeffrey M Schwartz, MD, the reason was taken a step further:-
The example is given about a woman who has to repeatedly check that her electric kettle is switched off. Despite checking many times and knowing that
she had switched it off, she had to repeatedly check it again and again.
Brain Lock offers one of the best explanations so far - that the woman doesn't only think or believe that the kettle is left on but that she FEELS that it is
left on.
Now we are getting somewhere - feelings lie at the heart of all anxiety problems and this answer in the book is very good - but it isn't actually correct,
there's more to it than this.
The woman doesn't feel that the kettle is left on, she feels something else ... and it has nothing to do with the kettle, it's something that she feels about
herself.
And it's a similar feeling that we all have; something profound about ourselves, that drives all anxiety problems and
disorders.

About Evolving Self Confidence...
"This book really works~ So many books give you exercises to do that treat the
symptoms, but don't go to the root of the problem and eradicate it. This book gives
you insight to why you do the obsessive compulsions, or have general anxiety, or
panic attacks and depression. Then the author tells you what steps to take in order
to change your thinking about yourself to the truth..." Jeanette, AZ, USA.

If you want to understand these problems like never before and know exactly what happened to you and why; if you don't want to spend another minute searching
and wish to discover the real way to cure them - Evolving Self Confidence can help.
